Mary Jane uses her signature strengths to help clients learn about their unique gifts and how they can apply them to create an authentic, joyful, purpose-driven life.

She began her career as a clinical social worker in 1985 after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California. 

Mary Jane holds a Certificate in Appreciative Inquiry from the David Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry at Champlain College, is a member of their inaugural Council of Practice, and has been a course designer and instructor in their online certification program.

She is currently receiving her training through Co-Active Training Institute to become an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach and is inspired to apply all the best of what she's learned as an Appreciative Inquiry trainer and facilitator to her work with individuals as a personal coach!
