Mary Jane uses her signature strengths to help clients learn about their unique gifts and how they can apply them to create an authentic, joyful, purpose-driven life.

She began her career as a clinical social worker in 1985 after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. She has been a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker since 1985.

Mary Jane holds a Certificate in Appreciative Inquiry from the David Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry at Champlain College, is a member of their inaugural Council of Practice, and has been a course designer and instructor in their online certification program.


She is currently receiving her training through Co-Active Training Institute to become an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach and is inspired to apply all the best of what she's learned as a clinical social worker and Appreciative Inquiry trainer and facilitator to her work with individuals as a personal coach!
