Sample Coaching Session

During this complimentary one-hour coaching session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about coaching and to experience coaching on a topic of your choice to see firsthand how coaching works. This also serves as a “chemistry session” to give us both a feel for what it would be like to work together and to determine if we are a good match for ongoing coaching. If the answer is “Yes!”, we will work together to establish the length and frequency of sessions that align best with your needs and budget.

Discovery Session

This is the first step in your coaching journey and ensures a solid foundation for our work moving forward. We will explore and clarify your vision, life purpose, signature strengths, values, and significant goals. We will also design how we can collaborate to create a safe and courageous space for your learning, growth, and taking action.

Prior to this session, you will complete the Discovery Package and several online assessments that will guide our ongoing coaching.

Monthly Coaching Format

We will meet by phone unless you indicate that you prefer Zoom. Coaching is a time for you to focus on yourself, so find a quiet, private place where you will be undisturbed. Session lengths are 30, 45, and 60-minutes, ranging from one to four times a month.

I offer email support at no extra cost in between coaching sessions as a way to share your progress and support momentum.
