Hi there!

I love meeting new people.

Especially people like you who are bravely claiming their place in a world that so badly needs what you have to offer.

Wanting to live an authentic life is not for the faint of heart.

When there are so many forces pressuring you to conform with societal scripts of “should”—both from the voices inside your head as well as out there in the world—discovering what is deeply true for you, and living it, is a big, big task.

And, I know well the dedication required to change your fate.

It wasn’t until the ripe age of 54 that I said “no” to my 30-year marriage, sold the Vermont house I raised my family in, and welcomed the truth. A friend of mine calls this deeper knowing “a gift in wrinkly wrapping paper.” I had no idea what I was doing, yet, but I knew I needed to become better acquainted with the unknown, learn from it, and discover more about who I was inside before I could claim the path that I can now call mine.

I wouldn’t change a single shred of my story. I love my life and who I am.

I can’t get that time back, and I wouldn’t want to even if I could…

Yes, it will take the time it takes. This is true. And, with my guidance and compassion, it won’t take you 54 years to say “hell yes!” to the radically honest, brave, and beautiful life you feel reaching for you.

If you feel the call, reach back.

…because all of it led me to be an IFS Therapist.

Through all my years as a therapist, IFS is the framework that I know creates true transformation.

I am so clear that my deepest truth is to help you discover yours. That is the impact I want and know I can make because it is 1000% aligned with my gifts and values of love, curiosity, courage, and integrity.

I am here to see you. All of you. Even the parts of you that may cause difficulty in your life…you know who they are. The inner critic, the people-pleasing part, the achiever, the perfectionist, the caretaker, the uber-organizer. In our work together, we will come to know each of these parts well and understand their positive intent for us. We will also get to know and heal the most vulnerable aspects of us, the lonely, sad, empty, and scared parts that are sometimes so hard to be with. And most importantly, we will connect with your beautiful core Self, and come to know the compassion, curiosity, clarity, creativity, and courage within.

I look forward to meeting you soon.
